Most orders will be shipped or ready for pick-up within 5-7 business days. If your order includes a PRE-ORDER, processing time will be longer. Pre-order processing time varies by product and can be found in product descriptions.

This website currently offers tracked or untracked shipping across Canada, and free local pick-up in Saskatoon!

US SHIPPING: stickers and small prints can be shipped as untracked lettermail to the US, and will not be subject to tariffs charges. All other items will be sent with tracked shipping, and a tariff fee will apply.

CARE: The jewelry pieces you buy from me are handmade works of art, so please treat them with care! Don’t wear them during activities where they might get bumped around a lot, and don’t submerge them in water. LOST IN SHIPPING: If you choose untracked shipping, I cannot be held responsible if your package is lost. I have had very few packages get lost over the years, but if you have a larger order or want that extra peace of mind, I’d recommend choosing tracked shipping.

DAMAGE: If your jewelry piece gets damaged in any way, please send me a message! What I can do will depend on the nature and cause of the damage, but I’ll always try and work with you to find a solution.
