If you would like to order from a different country, please message me on Facebook or Instagram! This website currently only allows orders to be sent to addresses in Canada or the US.
PROCESSING TIME
Processing time for orders may be up to 5 business days, and shipping time will add to that.
PRE-ORDERS/MADE-TO-ORDER:
If an item is available for pre-order/made-to-order, processing time may be significantly longer: be sure to read the description of the item on the website before ordering!
SHOP POLICIES
CARE:
The jewelry pieces you buy from me are handmade works of art, so please treat them with care! Don’t wear them during activities where they might get bumped around a lot, and don’t submerge them in water.
LOST IN SHIPPING:
If you choose untracked shipping, I cannot be held responsible if your package is lost. I have had very few packages get lost over the years, but if you have a larger order or want that extra peace of mind, I’d recommend choosing tracked shipping.
DAMAGE:
If your piece gets damaged in any way, please send me a message! What I can do will depend on the nature and cause of the damage, but I’ll always try and work with you to find a solution.
