Processing Time
Most orders will be shipped or ready for pick-up within 5-7 business days. If your order includes a PRE-ORDER, processing time will be longer. Pre-order processing time varies by product and can be found in product descriptions.

CARE: The jewelry pieces you buy from me are handmade works of art, so please treat them with care! Don’t wear them during activities where they might get bumped around a lot, and don’t submerge them in water. LOST IN SHIPPING: If you choose untracked shipping, I cannot be held responsible if your package is lost. I have had very few packages get lost over the years, but if you have a larger order or want that extra peace of mind, I’d recommend choosing tracked shipping.
DAMAGE: If your jewelry piece gets damaged in any way, please send me a message! What I can do will depend on the nature and cause of the damage, but I’ll always try and work with you to find a solution.
